Cindy Sheehan Gives Up the Fight

May 28, 2007

Sad news, Cindy Sheehan said she is giving up her anti-war protests.

She said she was tired of fighting against a war that was “carved in immovable, unbendable and rigidly mendacious marble.” So true.

A lot of people ask why generation Y is not more vocal about the war, and why there aren’t more protests staged by us. I think this is why. No matter how hard you fight these days, it seems like change is not possible.

The best thing to do is vote, and elect those who will make the world better.

UNBELIEVABLE – Pentagon bans MySpace and YouTube

May 14, 2007

I was shocked when I read the headline.

In a time when troops are sent over to Iraq for more and more months, I find it disgusting that they are banning the military from MySpace and YouTube. MySpace is a way for the troops to easily keep in touch with their friends and family, and to let them know that they’re alive.

YouTube has turned into a great way for the troops to show us how scary their life in Iraq is without network TV corporate filters. This has been the first war where we can log on and watch it raw, and now the Bush Administration is trying to take it away from them.

This is sick. Now we have less and less truth coming from the most unjustifiable war in history.

Prince Harry is going to Iraq

April 30, 2007

Like I previously posted, I’m really glad he decided to go to war and that Britain let him go. I wish America’s leaders sent their kids to Iraq too.

From CNN.com: Army chief: Prince Harry will go to Iraq

Prince Harry

April 26, 2007

I know a lot of people are saying that Prince Harry should not be fighting in Iraq because he might cause danger to others in his group, but I really admire the guy.

While the Bush twins are boozing it up, Harry is going to fight with young American and British fighters in Iraq.

Thank you.
